Hi there, My first expansion tank with the Navien tankless water-heating system was leaking in about 2 years so I replaced it with a new Calefactio HGT-30-4.8 us gal tank 9 months ago. My Navien combi boiler was not giving hot water and the PSI on the system was showing zero. I drained the tank and replaced the water pressure sensor which fixed the issue. When I turned the water back on rebooted the system it quickly became too hot (above 200 degrees) and shut down with the 001 code.
