Even if it did work, you'd need to do something like what I've seen used: 1) Lay foundations, lay a ton of electrical and AC on top of that. 2) Lay ceilings on top of above, the build your base on the ceilings, almost as if the AC isn't there. Any upper floors would need this extra layer again.

well, sort of. the air condition provides 100 hyer/hypothermal as needed. so if you try to incubate an egg on top of 1, it may not work out well, but if you cram a few under the floor where you want to incubate, the eggs become drop and forget.
