Nov 2, 2017. #1. Just got a set and thinking of cutting them down and using a 3 step aider on each. My question is about where to cut them down. Considering cutting them just below the middle step at the bottom of that solid section just before the slot cut out begin again. I've got a set of the large helium sticks. I've done a couple mods on them, added silencer strips to the backs and Amsteel daisy chains to replace the cam straps but that's it so far. My issue is that I keep getting a loud squeaking noise that seems to be coming from the versa button when I've got my weight on them.
