Oct 30, 2014 · I haven't watched the video but, the program works the same way for all systems. You just need to decrypt/encrypt your saves first. You can check my Tutorial thread for a way to do that. I had to get BF 4.7 first but, it works the same way.

Now with this save editor you can save/load ps4 save wizard advanced mode saves and bl3-cli saves. This editor also includes more editable data via the raw tab that you would normally be able to edit with bl3-cli or save wizards json format and a brand new UI that resembles the zakism editor!
This editor is for the original Borderlands. This editor was put together shortly after the release of the original Borderlands, however, due to personal reasons, development was dropped before any DLCs were released. No further development is planned. If you're looking for an actual functional save editor, WillowTree is the recommended choice.
