Good in California, lost in North Carolina. Had this plan in California, was pretty happy with it. Moved to North Carolina and signed up with them again, but nothing but problems since then. I signed up with their plan there because the "dental coverage" seemed good; $2000 per year for dental. Finding doctors and dentists was terribly difficult.
